Colorado History
Classes
|
|
A new series of classes is
starting up in March: an overview of the History of Colorado
from its earliest beginnings to the present day. There will
be two gatherings each month through 2008: the first (held
at the martial arts studio on Buffalo Park Road in
Evergreen) will be an introductory class on the particular
era of Colorado history under study that month, and the
second will be a field-trip to a local place of interest
that will loosely tie in with that (or a previous) month's
topic. The classes will be aimed at a
elementary-to-middle-school level, but all who are
interested in participating are welcome. For more
information, contact Lucy Bauer
(doublebeetlebass@aol.com) or Lisa Pettitt.
